LibreNMS安装 - Time between this server and the mysql database is off Mysql time XXX

由于linux是ubuntu24， 默认是mysql8
php时区已经设置 Asia/Shanghai
mysql/MariaDB 用的是system - UTC

解决方案：
export TZ='Asia/Shanghai'
service mysql restart
